Absolutely awful experience. Items were sent late, if they even showed up. Response times are super slow. Customer service is not just unhelpful but downright rude and aggressive, plus they told me multiple fibs. 🚨🚨🚨STAY AWAY🚨🚨🚨

I really wish I could've shared a more upbeat review, but here I am, making one last effort to get my money back for a purchase. So, here’s the deal: I bought two pairs of blue light glasses back in June 2022, and I needed to send them back (which I did on time). It took a ton of emails and phone calls to get in touch with support, but my issue is still hanging in the air. The service was far from what I anticipated from a fresh and trendy lifestyle brand. I get that things can get tough, but I never felt like my concerns as a customer were important. I tried to get my cash back through Paypal, but as of today, 01.10.22, I still haven’t seen the refund come through, neither from Paypal nor Ambr, leaving me out 120 Euro plus 18 Euro for shipping. I really hope my experience is just a one-off and that this feedback can help make things better for everyone.

Just wanted to share a quick update after my previous 1-star review. The glasses finally showed up, even though the delivery took its sweet time. I received a genuine email expressing regret for the hold-up. I'm actually quite happy with the product. The frames are solid, and the prescription lenses work well—had my doubts at first since I’d never shopped online for glasses before. I’d definitely buy from them again, especially if I’m not in a rush.

These glasses are well-designed and held up for daily wear over two years. Unfortunately, the customer service really dropped the ball after I accidentally placed a new order and reached out right away to cancel. By the time I heard back, the items were already on their way to me.

When I finally got a reply from their support team, they told me I could return the glasses and provided a link to their site. It claims "30 Day Free Returns," but the fine print says I have to cover the shipping costs for returns.

I reached out to them again about this issue, and it’s been 11 days with no response...

After a small issue with my initial pair, I reached out to the support team, and they dispatched a repair kit the very next day along with a gift card for my future shopping! Top-notch customer service :)

These specs are amazing! The quality is top-notch, and they feel super comfy on my eyes while I’m glued to screens all day. I honestly can’t imagine life without 'em, plus they look really stylish!

Awesome product and the customer service is top-notch. Working from home has me glued to a screen almost all day, and I was beginning to experience some serious eyestrain and headaches. Using my laptop every day led to some nasty light-induced migraines. The Ambr website offered a fantastic selection of blue light glasses along with a variety of frames. I just got myself some new specs. The delivery was super quick, and the quality of the glasses was top-notch, so much so that my whole family ended up buying a pair too. I totally recommend them!!

I definitely suggest picking these up; they truly assist my vision. If you're even considering them, go for it because they really make a difference. I can't use my laptop without my blue light blocking glasses anymore. Being a student means I’m always typing away. Before I got these glasses, I was constantly taking breaks because of eye discomfort. Now, I still take breaks, but I don’t feel any pain at all. They’re so important that I ended up getting a second pair. Definitely recommend!

I’m really happy with my ambr eyewear! I was in need of some fresh prescription specs to tackle that computer eye strain, and these did the trick! The virtual fitting feature was spot on, plus I got the transition lenses for sun protection too. The only little hiccup is that they change back a bit too quickly and take their sweet time to clear up, but that’s not a biggie!

Amazing service, quick delivery, and an excellent product. My eyes were in need of some assistance due to all the screen time from working from home, and these have truly made a difference. I'd suggest these to anyone!
